Open source governance encourages applying the philosophy of the open content and open source movements to democratic practices in order to let any interested citizen directly contribute to the creation of policy and legislation, as with a wiki document.
One of the governments which successfully explores the idea is Melbourne City. Public consultation process of the city's 10 year development plan, Future Melbourne, is conducted through a wiki. Maybe an inspiration for a Polish government?
